Hello,
One thing you might check, is to see if accidentally someone or yourself pressed the record button and it has filled up your flash disk. If this is not the case, then you probably have a corrupted flash disk. In this case, I would first, try deleting the keysoft. ksaid file in the dictionary folder on the flash disk, as soon as you do this, perform a reset. This will reset everything to the factory defaults, but it should fix everything.
Let me know if I can help further.
Robert

Subject: [Braillenote] The Flash Disk is Unavailable

I know you are all are tired of my questions, and I am getting
tired of the
BrailleNote Classic, but until I get some money, this is what I
have.
Anyway, the subject says it all. It tells me to press reset with
no keys
held down, but when I do this I get the same message. Has anyone
ever had
this problem?

Beverly
