Hi Sandy,
If 6 is anything like previous and current versions of Keysoft, all you need to do is go into the options menu and to the review voice. In there, you will find a list of different options, among them the volume of the delete tone and the error tone etc. Simpley type 0 which will turn the particular tone you are prompted about off. So, for example, if your bn says that the delete tone volume is currently 3, just type 0 and that will turn it off
