Well, if it's just the Favorites you need, as in another post, copy them from your computer - much the easiest!

If you need to keep HTML pages on your BN (as I do) then I'll gladly talk you through the process if I can, but only if that's really what you need to do.

The reason for my saying this is that it does take quite a lot of playing around and it's not worth the doing unless you have a good reason.

My reason is this: I have HTML Bible files on my BN and I want to read them. The folder is huge and a files list takes ages to be produced, so I had to find another way that suited me . . .. I did it but don't recommend it for the sake of playing around.

Come back to me, off list, if you need to.

You can, if you make a shortcut to the URL and have that WEB page on your
BN. I do it all the time and those shortcuts have a definite advantage when
I want a page from a very large list of files which takes forever to open in
the BN! <SMILE>

It was a lot of work though and I do hope that the day will come soon when
HW can get us a fix to this one!

Hi,
I can answer your first question only, since it deals with favourites.
Favourites are links to web pages that you can visit. It's just like a
shortcut to an application on the PC's start menu. However, you cannot
view favourites offline, I'm afraid.
Hope this helps.

Okay, I have read the sections regarding favorites in the manual. I am
still a little confused. Are favorites links to websites or are they
actual
web pages that have been saved for viewing off-line?

Also, how do I transfer my favorites/bookmarks of links from PC to the
mPower QT? Technically, I use Firefox but I can simply import them back
into Internet Explorer in order to get them in the right format to use on
the BNQT.

TIA,
Cindy
