It was on battery. And it didn't matter whether I turned it off and back on again, it wouldn't change the display. It was crazy. Thanks, all for the help.

Was it on battery, or was it plugged in? If it was running on battery, did you try turning it off and plugging it in? Is it an mPower or a classic?
