This could definitely be a misunderstanding and a good one too. I
wanted the one that would make me eligible for upgrades. The young
lady I talked to must have been intraining. I heard her asking
questions of someone else in the background. Maybe she didn't know
what I wanted and didn't ask me. Or didn't know there were two times
of SMA's. Does anyone know how much the service upgrade SMA is? I will
call and also find out as soon as I get a free minute. Thanks so much.

It's a good idea to get the hardware contract, if possible, because
then repairs don't cost anything but shipping.,  at least, that's
what it's been in my experience.
