Far as I know you can buy CF cards up to and including 16 GB but the real high capacity cards are very expensive as they aren't very popular. SD cards are made in capacities of up to and including 2 GB that I have heard of, but may be available in larger capacities. When buying CF or SD cards for an Mpower, be certain to specify 3.3 volt cards as 5.5 volt cards don't work or may work on a haphazard basis depending upon many factors such as the mood your unit is in and the alignment of the stars in the Zodiac.
