Hi Rhonda;
Why are there so many ways to do something?  Why don't they just have an
edit command?  
Was I supposed to put anything else in the e-mail besides the space u
before the dot 4?
I did not get any error so I guess it took.

down your field names.  When you find the one you want, press 
Backspace with dots 1,4.  This will allow you to change an 
existing record, or add information.
