John,
Think about what you're doing at the point it freezes, what else you've done
and how long it's been since the last reset. Resets are necessary from time
to time to clear the memroy, which doesn't go on for ever! After extensive
use this is really fairly normal for higher users and we don't worry unduly
about it; but sometimes there is a problem, which is why I suggest you
think about what's happened just before the freeze.

A regular reset has always solved the problem. I just wondered why it is
happening in the first place and if others have had the same problem.

Hi,
I'm having a problem with my mPower which doesn't happen all the time
just occasionally.
I turn it on and the braille display comes up and I can still read Main
Menu. But I can't get it to do anything else. Its as if it is frozen.
The thumb keys don't work and it just sits there.
The only way I can get it to work is to do a reset.
When that happens, I get the message which says: Please connect the AC
adapter. It must be on for this test
When I do space with e I am placed back in support information mode.
I don't understand why this message comes up because my gauge is
accurate.
Any thoughts?
