I have seen that twice, the last time being just yesterday. Only a reset seems to fix it.

I turn it on and the braille display comes up and I can still read Main Menu. But I can't get it to do anything else. Its as if it is frozen. The thumb keys don't work and it just sits there. The only way I can get it to work is to do a reset. When that happens, I get the message which says: Please connect the AC adapter. It must be on for this test When I do space with e I am placed back in support information mode. I don't understand why this message comes up because my gauge is accurate. Any thoughts? Thanks!
