Terry,
I agree with you and I think that Humanware should correct the errors now
rather than later! Blind consumers have the same rights as sighted
consumers! Thanks for listening Humanware! You have a great product and
you have a wonderful opportunity to make the changes now, what a great way
to have many happy and satisfied customers!

Hi Everyone;
I sure agree with you, Slerythima!
If the upgrade is not coming out until the fall, they have time to make
the corrections!
Go for it BN members. Lets stand up for our rights.
No affence HW, but if its your error, it is your responsibility to make
the corrections, before the next upgrade comes out.
Please think about it. How would you like to be in our shoes and have a
manual with errors. If it was the manual for your vcr, you would be
going to the store, with a big complaint.
We deserve equal treatment like the sighted do.
We are a small portion of the open public, the only difference is that
we are blind. We deserve to betreated equally.

It would be great if the new User Guide fixed the errors and omissions
in
the current version. No, I do not remember specific sections
off-the-top of
my head but I know it will be in the archives as several people have
commented on particulars.

Hi Rhonda and Joseph
'Just a quick email to alleviate any confusion...
What I was trying to get across in my last email was that the
information
re. Eloquence won't be in the User Guide for KS7.2 (soon to
be released),
but will be in KS8.0 (scheduled to be released next year).
The KS7.2 release of the User Guide is essentially the same
of the KS7.0
User Guide with the new functionality slotted into it as well as an
updated Index and Contents.
'Hope that makes sense! Let me know if you need any further
clarification.
Kind regards
Kate

Hi Kate:
Do I read your message correctly that a manual rewrite won't take
place until the 8.0 edition? I would almost think this is an
error. I look forward to your response.

Kate,
8.0? Nobody said anything about KS8.0. The next version that
we've heard
was
7.2.
