[Braillenote] What's Considered Off Topic

   Just to make sure that I'm not posting off topic things, is something 
like asking how to synchronize two programs on your computer in order to get 
information from one of the programs to the BN considered off topic?  Just 
as a refresher, can we please have a little better definition of "off list"?
