Dear Mary:

I suggest that when you phone tech support at Humanware or
anywhere else, first thing you do when you reach a tech is get
their name!

That way if you love them or hate them for cause, you can let the
firm's management know who you reached so the good or bad news
can be taken up with the right person!

Could be the tech had a migraine headache, was up all night with
a sick infant, has a parent in hospital with terminal cancer and
the guide dog just died.

Or they may just not like talking with people on the telephone.
