From what I've seen of rachael, I doubt she meant any offense!
Although it may work for some to read all E-Mail and then reply, there
are times when it just doesn't work. I have only one phone line.
Consequently, if I can only use my BN for half-an-hour, at a time it
makes sense to reply as I go!
