Hello, KeySoft 7.2 will support DAISY/NISO books. The NLS books do have a
couple of unique characteristics relating to DRM and other matters.
However I am hopeful we will be able to provide a solution for NLS
customers at the appropriate time. The DAISY support in the forthcoming
release is an important first step.

Subject
[Braillenote] digital talking books

Greetings:

In the USA in 2007 the Braille & Talking book library of the
Library of Congress will be offering books in a digital format.
Humanware has been the designer of the digital playback machine -
the new talking book. The card that will contain the digital
book looks just a bit bigger than a PC card. Will the BN be able
to act as a reader for these talking books? And, will we need to
purchase a separate digital card reader? I really want to see
the BN incorporate such a feature so that I don't have another
piece of electronics to carry around.
