[Braillenote] slow email

Hi list
Since the loss of my flash disk my email is slow. which files can I 
delete. is it the email folders in the windows directory or the email 
folders on the keysoft disk?
I did this once before and it got rid of the slow email after a full 
re-set. thanks.
