John, here are a couple of things you can do, as long as you know
your settings, and as long as you back up your address book.
The first thing you could try is to go to the Flash Drive, and
go to the Dictionary Folder. Press Enter. Press the Space bar
once, to see "list of all". Press Space with X, (Read with X to
show you all files. You are looking for the Keysoft dot ksaid
file. When you see it, press Backspace C, (Ctrl I.) You'll be
asked if you're sure you want to erase this file, and press Y for
yes. Do a reset right there. Everything you have will go back
to the default settings.
If this didn't work, you can erase your KeyList Folder.
Remember, you will lose any email that you have in your Inbox, or
your "my email" folder. You may want to save these somewhere.
Also, back up your "address dot Cdb file found in Keylist on your
Flash Drive. After you do that, you can go to the KeyList folder
on your Flash drive. Press Backspace C, (Ctrl I. You will be
asked if you are sure you want to erase this folder. Answer
"yes", and do a reset right where you are. Your folder will be
recreated, but you will need to again add your configurations.
