Hello all, I have a couple of word files that have ttext in them. However, when I open them on the braillenote, I get nothing, not even extraneous characters that let me know maybe there was a translation problem. The file is just empty. Yet if I open the file on the pc, I see all of the information. I noticed this initialy with the readme and congratulations files I got with my sendero gps. Those files are .rtf. Yet when I open them on the bn, I see nothing on the display. At first I thought there was a problem with the sendero information but I don't think so now that I've seen the same behavior with a couple of word files I have. Has anyone seen this problem?
