You can ajust the volume of the alarm so you can hear it. It is 2 high pitch beeps that are a perfect fith apart (for the musicians among us) (SMILE!) They are very clear and unless you have the volume set low, you will not miss it.

However, I have a question. I am aware that you can schedule appointments using Keyplan. However, as I have partial hearing loss, I'd like to know what the alarm sounds like in terms of loudness and duration of the noise. I can use my phone and/or digital radio to wake me up, but was just wondering whether the Alarm on the Mpower would be loud enough to wake me, and other people who are partially deaf, to wake themselves up. Thanks for any help. ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote
