Hi Richard,
Thanks, but I did try that the last time I was in a hotel with a
wireless connection.

cable
Hi Pam,
Yes, you might try changing the SMTP authentication. If you have
it
on No, make it Yes and see if that helps.

Hi,
I have cable internet through mediacom. When I'm away from home
and
able to connect to a wireless network, for some reason I can get
on
the internet with no problem, but I can't get my email using
keymail. I get an unable to connect to pop server error.
Have any other cable users had this problem? For both the pop
server
and SMTP server I have mail.mchsi.com. I would think that would
be
right since I can get email at home. I can't think of anything
else
in the configuration that I could change. I'm wondering if maybe
with cable you have to be logged on through their system or
something? Any ideas?
Pam
