Hello Karyn, and all who have helped me out. I am pleased to
report that with all of the help I received from all of you, I am
now well on my way in the process of creating my very first email
distribution list. Many thanks to this list and all the people
that make it work for all of us. By the way, if any of you would
like to be added to my new email list, feel free to let me know!

Hello Isaih,
I have done this with a Voice Note M-Power. What I did was use
the address
book and in each contact that I wanted to put in a distribution
list, I used
the title field and put something in that field which was common
to all of
those people which I wanted in my distribution list. When I do a
ctrl-L in
the To field of an E-mail, I just go to the title field and type
the common
word I have put there and all of the records come up and the VN
asks me if
I want to send to all recipients. I tell it yes and I am on my
way.
I hope this helps you out. I use a qwerty keyboard, so hence the
command
given above.
