You can trust me; if you have locked up or anything like that, or can't get on the internet or email, you will see a huge difference, <grin>!

Ok Ronda, so does this mean that when doing the aforementioned
resets that there really isn't any noticeable change in speech
volume levels or anything to confirm that the resets have really
taken? I guess I just want some sort of a conformation after all
is said and done. As you know, I love my unit so much, and I
want to be certain that I'm doing it justice by doing things
correctly when it comes to keeping it free of unnecessary data.
Thank you for working with me. Isaih

Hi, Isaih:

Now that you have the mPower, the only time you set the time and
date is if you should have to do a service reset, holding down
the record key with the reset key.

Subject: [Braillenote] question regarding resets

Hi listers! I seem to recall asking this question awhile ago,
but I'm not sure if anyone ever replied to it or not. Anyway, I
want to know, when doing either a 123 or 456 reset, what
indication should I look for that will confirm that the above
referenced resets actually were executed? For instants, after
doing a 123 reset,is it not true that I'm suppose to have to
reset the time? If this is so, then I'm wondering why I never
have to reset the time after having performed this reset? That
is to say that the time still appears to be set to the correct
hour, and I also never have to reset the date. So, I'm just
curious to know what exactly am I to look for after doing these
resets? With that, I'll end for now and let the very capable
minds on this list assist me in understanding what's going on
here. I truly appreciate all of you. Isaih
