Well, Terry, according to Joseph, I may be incorrect. I will say it this way; on the QT I have, when I do a JKL reset, I do not need to change the time or date; only when the Service reset is done.

Rhonda;
No more time changes with the 4,5,6, great. When was that ever
even
mentioned. This is the first time I ever heard that.
I sure hope your right. That's great!

Hi, Isaih:

Now that you have the mPower, the only time you set the time and
date is if you should have to do a service reset, holding down
the record key with the reset key.

Subject: [Braillenote] question regarding resets

Hi listers! I seem to recall asking this question awhile ago,
but I'm not sure if anyone ever replied to it or not. Anyway, I
want to know, when doing either a 123 or 456 reset, what
indication should I look for that will confirm that the above
referenced resets actually were executed? For instants, after
doing a 123 reset,is it not true that I'm suppose to have to
reset the time? If this is so, then I'm wondering why I never
have to reset the time after having performed this reset? That
is to say that the time still appears to be set to the correct
hour, and I also never have to reset the date. So, I'm just
curious to know what exactly am I to look for after doing these
resets? With that, I'll end for now and let the very capable
minds on this list assist me in understanding what's going on
here. I truly appreciate all of you. Isaih
