Hi John and All,

Yes, grin, I do the same as you with the contacts and planner. I kind of figured it was something on my end when it kept happening, and just decided to deal with it. If memory serves, though, I didn't have the problem with the PK and 6.0, but did after upgrading to 7.0.

Hi,
The same thing happens to me and usually after I do a reset. Its
as
if the BN doesn't realize I have done a reset and starts over in
syncing my planner and contacts.
I usually solve the problem by deleting my planner and contacts
from
Outlook then syncing over again.

Hi Cindy, we are aware of this issue on some units, and are keen
to get to
the bottom of it. Perhaps we should discuss this privately, but
it would
be useful to know as much detail as possible, IE the version of
Outlook,
the version of ActiveSync, the version of KeySoft, how you are
connecting
to ActiveSync.

[Braillenote] Sync conflicts

I am wondering why the BN keeps giving me conflicts when I use
active
sync?
It refers to appointments that happened the week before and it
also refers
to almost half my contacts. The contacts that it lists are ones
that I
know
absolutely that I have not changed nor have I even accessed those
particular
contacts. I had thought it might be the fact that I sync my
phone and PC
and my PC and braillenote. But even if that were the case, the
conflicts
it
brings up are contacts that I haven't even accessed on any device
in a
month
or more. Plus, I'm not really sure how the appointment in the
past can
continue to be a conflict the last three times I have synced? In
addition,
I am syncing the calendar even though I'm not actually using it
on the BN
so
I really am confused how it can have conflicts.

Cindy
