Hi KC, I agree. Unless you are able to clearly articulate how Deaf Blind 
people are being disadvantaged, then we're dealing with rhetoric and I 
have nothing to go on.

As you are aware , I  respect you as a  professinal.  However, 
there are times when I wonder if you have just closed your heart 
and mind to some issues, especialy when you reiterate previoius 
comments as if  we didn't get it.  This issue seems to be a case 
in point.

This being the case,  there is little point in  pursing the 
topic.  For that reason alone, I  suggest we drop it as a dead 
end.
