Have you tried a service reset? Holding down the record and reset buttons
together?

Hi Listers,
I imagine I'll have to send in my unit, but before I do, I wanted to relay
the current situation. I apparently left my unit on for several hours.
It
seemed to be frozen, so I attempted all of the available resets without
success. I then plugged in the charger, and waited for a while, and tried
to reset with no luck. When I power on the unit, I just see the full
cells,
dots 1-6 across the display. The unit appears frozen. I planned to send
in
my unit for the battery fix when it becomes available, but now I may need
to
send it in immediately. Any ideas before I contact HW tomorrow? Thanks
