Hi Carol, when we announce a new version, that announcement is posted to
the web site at the same time as it is put on these lists.

In future I'll hold off posting the audio demonstration of a new release
until we can concurrently publish the User's Guide on which it is based.
This will likely mean that people will have to wait until product release
for these demos.

Jonathan,

Here's just a thought that may help to bridge that gap a little: When you

announce a new version coming, could that same information go immediately
to
the WEB site? In addition, when you post features of an update to a
Mailing
List, followed by a tutorial, can those go straight up also? In addition
-
and this may help to include our deaf-blind users further - could a
synopsis
of that tutorial (often available before the version itself is released)
be
put into text and up on the site? (Maybe even someone on the list would
be
able to do it.)

Please accept this in the spirit in which it is sent. I well appreciate
that you may feel you can take no further action.
