I have tired emailing my thoughts twice so far and the firstime I 
don't know if you got my privet message and the seoncond to the 
list I canceled with out meaning to.  I will try to keep this 
short and to the point.  If rehab is paying for the repairs I 
agree with what eeryone else is saying that you need to contact 
your counselor.  It is probaby something on their end and it may 
not even be a Humanware issue.  Please contact your counselor 
find out the story and go form there your counselor may be the 
one to have to talk to humanware.  I said more but call the rehab 
counselor is the most important.  Once you find out the scoop 
from there you will have a better understanding of what is going 
on.
