Not sure what kind of unit you have, e.g. BrailleNote Classic,
Mpower, VoiceNote etc., but on my BrailleNote Mpower I require
the low power Ethernet card made by Socket Communications with a
ruggedized cable to plug an Ethernet cable into, not a socket on
the back panel of the BrailleNote Mpower.
From Sharonda's description of what she was doing, it sounds like
she was trying to plug the Ethernet cable into a socket on the
back panel of the BrailleNote Mpower, not into the socket on the
end of the little cable attached to the low power Ethernet CF
card from Socket Communications Corp.
