When I have something expensive and breakable like a BrailleNote 32 QT to ship to Humanware or anywhere else, I typically use Fed Ex. And request Fed Ex return shipping. This is because in my area the FedEx driver usually gets here by 12 Noon. So I don't have to wait in all day for the crazy parcel! UPS has a habit of arriving around 1 PM at my apartment, but I've also had them show up at 6 PM. Considering what a BrailleNote is worth, it would almost be worthwhile shipping it by Brinks Express!
