Someone from HumanWare said that PK does not support recalibration.

The first statement I think isn't true, however if you've put the 
braillenote in storage and thus not used it in, say, two or three weeks, 
the battery will be completely flat and thus it would only work on 
charge until at least 3 hours later. If that wasn't the case, 
recalibration may help. However, if that still doesn't solve the 
problem, then a battery replacement might be helpful. These answers, by 
the way, are from what I've read in the manual.
