Ottawa Canada While browsing the Options menu on my BrailleNote 32 Qt I found the choice:
Grade for Braille entry and keyboard type. I pressed enter to see if I could change my keyboard say to a BT style keyboard. Received the message: Use QWERTY keystrokes here and a beep. Tried to press escape and it just beeped. Tried various keys on the qwerty keyboard and they just beeped. Tried a reset. Problem persisted. Tried a j-k-l (456) reset problem persisted. Did an Engineer's Reset and the problem went away! Am I supposed to be able to change the grade for Braille entry and keyboard type? If I am, it doesn't work on my unit.
