Ottawa Canada Well I changed my home wireless network to WEP 64 from WEP 128 and gave key mail my Sympatico e-mail USER-Id and e-mail password.
But I get the 10,022 error still when I try to download mail or browse the web. My ISP assigned me both a user-id and access password, and an e-mail ID and e-mail password.
