I also have the same problem with my battery not recalibrating correctly.
I wonder how many Mpowers are affected by this battery/chip problem?

I have tried without success to recalibrate my battery. It just
continues to cycle and cycle. I left it for over 24 hours. I
probably will send it back soon but I hate being without my BN!
