They seem to be the ONLY mass producer of books. I believe, and I may be mistaken, that they provide books to other countries as well. How do students of other countries get their text books? I believe that RFB&D provides some to students in other countries.

So here are two versions of the same software, one for the PC and one for the PacMate and only one is approved. I really think it is time for blind consumers to raise very loud objections to this silly and annoying practice by RFB&D. They are to my knowledge the only producer of books that does this. Yet, the same company has to work out a separate agreement with the same non profit organization simply to use a new device.
