Brian, is it not true that there are RFB&D subscribers in other countries?

Subject: [Braillenote] RFB and D Boooks and KS 7.2

Ottawa Canada

In order to play RFB and D digital titles on your BrailleNote, with whatever
version of KeySoft supports this, you would need to first install the fudge
to your DAISY playback software that senses you have an RFB and D book in
the unit and requests the pass code.

So no, if you know the pass code, you won't be able to play your RFB and D
books on your BrailleNote running KeySoft 7.2.

Interesting all readers have the same pass code.

This code and the definite non-provision of the software fudge to foreigners
is how RFB and D can assure U.S. publishers their books are only being read
by eligible Americans!
