Rhonda and all, I contacted tech support this morning and talked to a very nice young lady named Myrna. She recommended that I first upgrade to 7.01. Hopefully, this will fix the problem. If not, they will add my name to the list of those needing a new battery. However, I love your suggestion most, Rhonda. If it's acting funny or at the end of the day, just plug it in. I definitely cannot, will not be without this great tool in my life. I'll be taking the plunge tonight. I'll definitely need loads of support, as this is my first time upgrading. Thanks all.
