Hi Sharonda,
You can condition the battery yourself as follows:
1. Fully charge the battery. You can do this by, for example, leaving it
charging overnight.
2. Use the BrailleNote on battery power without charging it again until,
for the mPower, the "Battery critical" warning is displayed. If you have
a Classic you need to use it until it switches itself off due to the low
battery state.
3. Finally fully recharge the battery again.
