When you are using the space with dots 3 4 to go through the options, you can look to see where your cursor is, as it will be over the current selection. It's available in both, but I notice there's no real confirmation that you have it set to "Only if in trash" and the HELP says nothing about the dots 3-4 option. I've also used it though had forgotten it until you jogged by memory. Thanks.
