Vicky,

I've solved it now, thanks. It was good that you caused me to look at it again. It just didn't seem to take the first time but the second I could then definitely see where I was.

When you are using the space with dots 3 4 to go through the options, you
can look to see where your cursor is, as it will be over the current
selection. Then, too, once you've made your selection and left the receive options menu, you can then go back in there and see that the option you have
selected is the one listed just by either listening to the option selected
as you space through, or by advancing the Braille display.

It's available in both, but I notice there's no real confirmation that you
have it set to "Only if in trash" and the HELP says nothing about the dots
3-4 option. I've also used it though had forgotten it until you jogged by
memory. Thanks.

I'll pass this through to Technical so that they can hopefully look more at
this.

Good thinking Rhonda. But, now that you've jogged my memory about this,
I'm
wondering if the delete email from server after receiving option if in the
trash folder would be a better option for her in this case. You know, I
rarely use this option, only when I know ahead of time that I want to keep
a
message, and the help info in the keymail receive options doesn't say much
about it, but it is indeed there. If using a BT keyboard as I am, just
pressing the space with dots 3 4 will cycle you through the three options
of
yes, no and if in the trash folder. Oh, grin, as I haven't used my mPower for quite sometime because of the battery problem, I'm looking at my PK as
I
write this email, but I'm guessing the option is also available in the
mPower?----- Original Message ----- From: "Rhonda Clark" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

Hi Cindy:

I don't know about this being a good option, but you could leave
your email setting to stay on the server. It's kind of a pain,
because when you delete email, they will show up again. However,
if you leave them on the server, you can see them, though you'd
have to go through the deleting method. You might even try
sending it to yourself, not forwarding them. The ones you send
back to yourself should be able to be seen on the pc.
