Hello all, I was shocked at Jonahan's departure from Humanware as well as every one else on the list. Over the years I've learned a lot about technology including the Braillenote from Jonathan. He not only sold the Braillenote but he used it as well and he demonstrated in some detail about how the bn could be useful in our daily lives. He did a great job with Main Menu by introducing other pieces of technology that blind users could use. I wouldn't expect Jonathan to announce on this list that he would be moving elsewhere. I would expect to here this from someone at Humanware that Jonathan had decided to pursue other endeavors. And it might be nice to hear who would be assuming Jonathan's responsibilities assuming Hw knows.

I gave Jonathan my phone number that he then passed along to Dean. Although I didn't expect to hear anything, Dean called one Sunday during the noon hour. It seemed that there was a focus on customer service. I have a feeling that there has been a great deal of termoil for quite some time. While I don't want to speculate, I do hope that the ship can regain its course. It's just strange that we found out the way that we did. I'm still in total shock. At 10:35 PM 8/31/2006, you wrote: >I think you said for me as well, Pam.
