Hope they don't go broke with the 800 service for technical support. With many US blind people having unlimited long distance, I hope people with unlimited LD will use the local Concord number for tech support as even if Humanware uses a VOIP 800 number provider, the per minute rate adds up especially if you have say four calls in progress and five in the queue.
