Thanks for the informaiton. That is because the Media Player on the mPower
uses standard Windows Media Player 9 for Mobile devices with some
modification made by HumanWare.

Just so everyone knows, the m-power notetaker can play midi files (.mid
files). This is strange because it is not in the supported file formats of
the help / user guide. The media player is probably one of the best things
in the bn since it's like a mini ipod if you insert a 2 gig cf card.
aspecially if you have midi files, 1000 karaoke files can fit on about 70 mb
of cf card space. Great.
