hi,

You mean the ceplayer.exe file in my windows directory is actually the media player? Wow.

Does any one knows if the classics can play .mid files as well? how bout the pk? I think the classics use the mp3decode module which means that a dll contains all the mp3 signs. Pk I'm not sure, I haven't seen a pk in my life.

Tomi

Tomi,
Thanks for the informaiton. That is because the Media Player on the mPower
uses standard Windows Media Player 9 for Mobile devices with some
modification made by HumanWare.

Subject: [Braillenote] .mid files with the brailleNote media player

hi people,

Just so everyone knows, the m-power notetaker can play midi files (.mid
files). This is strange because it is not in the supported file formats of
the help / user guide. The media player is probably one of the best things
in the bn since it's like a mini ipod if you insert a 2 gig cf card.
aspecially if you have midi files, 1000 karaoke files can fit on about 70 mb
of cf card space. Great.

Best regards:
Tomi
