Thanks for the suggestion, Carol.  Actually, I m not in the habit of checking 
the appointments for the day because I haven't started really using the planner 
yet.  I am still learning my BNQT and I only started synchronizing the planner 
and contacts a couple of months ago when I finally got my phone synched with my 
PC.  I'll have to try to work on this more.
