Hi all,
I have a drive that is 512.
It has this smart program I think.
Mine works fine with the bn, which treats it just like an ordinary hard disk.

Hi there!
If you purchase that drive, you will be disappointed because of
the
following. U3 Smart Enabled. U3 is a technology that Sandisk
has
recently introduced that is supposed
to allow users of these drives to import their settings such as
wallpaper and the like from one personal computer to another.
Since
you're thinking (I would assume) of using this drive with a
Braillenote,
you would want to remove this U3 technology after you purchased
the
drive.
There is a piece of software you can find on the Sandisk web site
called
"launchpadremoval.exe" which can get rid of U3 and turn the drive
into
the ordinary storage device that you would want.

just wanted to get feedback before ordering. Thanks.
