A lot of times before upgrades are released, they take the site down to
check everyone's SMA count and to prepare for the upgrade release.

It is strange, that when I clicked on SMA, I was told to go to that
Webiste. Why, if all it is for is downloading upgrades? Where is the
individual's SMA Status?
