Natasha,
Welcome to the list! I'm sure that you'll learn valuable things here.
There is a program called KeySync that allows you to sync appointmejnts and
contacts between your BrailleNote and MS Outlook. First of all, you need to
install KeySync on your laptop (somebody will give you detailed steps).
Next, configure KeySync (again, somebody will give you detailed
instructions). After you've done it, you are ready to go.
I hope this information may help you. I you have any questions, feel free to
write to the list and I;m sure somebody (including myself) will answer your
questions.

Subject: [Braillenote] Syncronization Isues

Hi Everyone,
First off let me introduce myself. My name's Natasha but i also go by
Aureolesia online. I am a graduate student in Rehabilitation Counseling and
work part time as a counselor/mentor for college students with visual and
hearing impairments.
I just received my BrailleNote mPower QT32 about a week ago and am in total
heaven with it. Except for one tiny frustration. I can't get my contacts and
calendar to synchronize for the life of me! I'm following the directions to
the letter and each time either the laptop and the BN get connected but
activesync says there is no program for contacts/calendar installed on the
computer or the two won't connect at all and active sync recognizes that
Microsoft outlook are installed on the computer.
Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions??
