I've had to replace a couple of cards. Actually, the SanDisk did last about the two years, mostly being used in the PK, but a few months in another note taker before the PK. I've been using my current SanDisk card for two or three months now with no problem. And, oh, as for replacing the second card I mentioned, I had it about a year and it went bad, but it wasn't used in a HW note taker at all and I don't believe it is even a brand recommended by HW, being the Netgear MA701. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Carol Pearson" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Braillenote List" <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, September 05, 2006 6:14 AM Subject: Re: [Braillenote] Problem With Combo Card
Vicky, or anyone else for that matter - Have you had to replace cards quite frequently? I mean, my husband and I have one each at present and have used his for a year and mine for about six months. We're wondering whether we really ought to think of getting another in view of comments about their failure. I've never heard anything about warranty time for any wireless cards so will be interested in anything anyone knows about this generally. -- Carol [EMAIL PROTECTED] ----- Original Message ----- From: "Vicky Collins" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Braillenote List" <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, September 05, 2006 4:19 AM Subject: Re: [Braillenote] Problem With Combo Card > First off, no, I don't know what the warranty is on these; however, for my > part, anyway, likely more trouble than what I would want to bother with at > this time.
