You're absolutely correct. It doesn't bother me that anyone enjoys Outlook more than Keymail, or even that they can't imagine dealing with thousands of Emails with the BN and Keymail, but to blatantly say Outlook works better than Keymail is just not true. Once again, it all comes down to what one is used to and the education one has had.
