Hi Sara and Paul, and all,

Sara has pointed out the main things, but one little additional tip 
for Paul and anyone else dealing with a lot of e-mail.
If you jump to the end of the e-mails and work backwards, when you 
delete a message, it happens very quickly.  If you delete a message 
near the beginning of a large amount of e-mail, it takes a long time 
because (I presume) the BrailleNote is re-sorting the 
messages.  Whereas, if you delete one at the end, it doesn't have to sort them.
I hope that makes sense.
